Refund/Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:
- Course Cancelled: >30 days prior to course date; Full Refund minus $55 Admin Fee (per person)
- Course Cancelled: 14 – 30 days prior to course date; 50% refund
- Course Cancelled: <14 days prior to course date; No Refunds
- Rescheduling fee: >30 days = no charge
- Rescheduling fee: 7 – 30 days = $100
- Rescheduling fee: <7 days = $200
- Wheels Training Centre retains the right to cancel or reschedule any courses as required. Full refund will be provided.
Weather Policy:
We do not cancel for rain, however inclement weather may cause us to reschedule courses due to dangerous weather conditions. Rider & driver safety is our first priority. If we have to cancel due to weather or reasons beyond our control, we will do our best to reschedule to dates that work for you.
